All orders under 1 lb are shipped via USPS. Domestic USA delivery time is usually 1-4 days and International delivery can take up to 3 weeks. Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.
Orders ship out within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders that contain custom/personalized items ship out within 5-7 days of payment confirmation.
RETURNS POLICY
Items are available for exchange-only within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn and unused with all the original packaging and tags attached. All sales are final on custom/personalized items and are not exchangeable unless there was a design or embellish error by us.
You can submit a Return Authorization request on the Contact US page. Once the request is received we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and you can ship the item back to us. Once the return is received, we will provide you with a credit to your customer account in the amount of the return. You can use this credit at any time until the credit balance is completely used.
