Personalized products ship within 7-10 business days. Candle orders may take up to 10 business days to ship
All orders under 1 lb are shipped via USPS. Domestic USA delivery time is usually 1-4 days and International delivery can take up to 3 weeks. Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.
Return Policy
You can submit a Return Authorization request on the Contact US page.
Items are available for Return within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn and unused with all the original packaging and tags attached. Once all items are received and reviewed you will given an option of a Refund or Store Credit. If you select the Refund option, within 3-5 days the funds will be returned to the payment method used during your original purchase. If you select the Store Credit option, a credit will be issued within 1-2 days. You can use this credit at any time until the credit balance is completely used.
All sales are final on custom/personalized items and are not returnable or exchangeable unless there was a design or embellish error by us.
